Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return conditions

Returned items must be:

* unworn;
* unwashed;
* unperfumed;
* undamaged;
* accompanied by their original tags.

Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

After receipt and verification of the returned item(s), the refund will be made to the payment method used during the order within a maximum of 14 days.

Exchanges

Subject to stock availability, HAYA MODEST may offer an exchange upon customer request.
